Return Information
All Interpretation's products are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction. Please review the contents of your order promptly. If you are unsatisfied with any item you can return it for a full refund. All returned items should be shipped back to Interpretations within 30 days of receipt and must be in saleable condition. We strongly suggest that returns be shipped via UPS or US Postal Service and that they be adequately insured. The customer is responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping costs. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return.

Personalized shirts cannot be exchanged. Please make sure to order as accurately as possible.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of personalized items such as embroidered shirts, ID bracelets, lockets, and keychains.

Sweatshirts tend to run small.
